Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given of a public hearing before the La Verkin City Planning Commission on February 11, 2026 at 6 p.m. at 111 S. Main Street in La Verkin, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding the approval of an ordinance amending the La Verkin city code amending the definition of the detached accessory dwelling units (DADU) to allow short-term rentals (vacation rentals) for lot/parcel that are 8,000 sq. ft. or larger in residential zones within the community; and providing an effective date. A copy of the complete Ordinance is available for the public to review and copies at the La Verkin city office at 435 N. Main, La Verkin, Utah. The public is invited to attend.
