7. NEW BUSINESS
7.1 DISCUSSION/MOTION: APPROVAL OF 2026 APPLICATION
AND CITY CONTRIBUTION MATCH FOR THE UTAH OUTDOOR RECREATION GRANT
The City will be submitting an application for Wright Park playground equipment replacements.
7.2 MOTION/RESOLUTION 26-01: APPROVAL OF INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN WASHINGTON TERRACE CITY, MARRIOTT-SLATTERVILEE CITY AND OGDEN VALLEY CITY FOR JUSTICE COURT SERVICES
7.3 DISCUSSION/MOTION: APPROVAL TO AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE 2025 CDBG PROJECT : STREET ACCESSIBILTY AND SAFETY PROJECT- ROHMER PARK ENTRACE (NORTH END)
The approval of the notice to award to the contractor was delayed due to a delay in receiving the executed contract with the state for the 2025 CDBG grant cycle.

This is an opportunity for staff to address the Council pertaining to administrative items.
