NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Providence City Code Amendment - (USE CHART) Providence City Citizens, Please take notice that the Providence City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing to take comments and questions from the public regarding proposed amendment to the City's Use Chart. The code amendment change is to show 'fitness center, commercial (gym)' as a permitted use in the CHD zone. For information about what changes are being added please contact the Providence City Offices at 164 N Gateway Dr, by phone at 435-752-9441 or visit providencecity.com. DATE: Wednesday February 11th, 2026 TIME: 6:00 PM LOCATION: 164 N GATEWAY DR. The purpose of the public hearing is to provide an opportunity for anyone interested to comment before any action is taken.
