PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Sigurd Town Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Sigurd Town Council Chambers located at 595 State St N, Sigurd, UT 84657. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the following: - Highway Tax Ordinance (UCA 59-12-22) - Municipal Telecommunications License Tax Ordinance (UCA 10-1-4) - Municipal Energy Tax Ordinance (UCA 10-1-3) Note: The town council meeting agenda must also list these individually in order to consider for adoption. Here is an example of how to list them on the town council agenda: - Consider adoption of the Highway Tax Ordinance (UCA 59-12-22) - Consider adoption of the Municipal Telecommunications License Tax Ordinance (UCA 10-1-4) - Consider adoption of the Municipal Energy Tax Ordinance (UCA 10-1-3) Published on the public meeting notice website www.pmn.utah.gov on the 28th day of Jan. 2026.
