PANGUITCH CITY PLANNING AND ZONING PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Panguitch City Office 25 S 200 E Panguitch, UT 84759 February 2, 2025, 5 PM Notice is hereby given that Panguitch City Planning and Zoning will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM during a regularly scheduled Planning and Zoning meeting at the Panguitch City Office at 25 S 200 E, Panguitch, UT. The hearing is to discuss a proposed simple subdivision, potentially allowing the real property owner at 55 East DD Hollow Road subdivide. The public is invited to attend this hearing and share their comments on the proposed subdivision. Posted on Utah's Public Notice Website 1/28/2026 Tyrissa P.
