- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD VACATION PETITION Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council, in accordance with the Eastern Summit County Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding a road vacation petition. Summit County Engineering Division is requesting to vacate the following public roadways: Coal Hollow Road, Spring Creek Road, and Lewis Canyon Road The hearing has been scheduled for: Wednesday, March 4, 2026 Beginning at 6:00 PM Summit County Courthouse, Council Chambers 60 N.
