NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular Council Meeting on Wednesday, January 28, 2025, at 102 N 100 W Wellington, Utah. The meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm as a regular meeting and the agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call, and Approval of Previous City Council Minutes 2. Public Comment Period 3. Gary Motte - Utility Billing 4. Lead and Copper Replacement Program 5. Discussion of Public use of meters for hydrants 6. Discussion of adjusting the contract for new builds 7. Ordinance 2026-01 - AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE SCHEDULE FOR THE REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS FOR THE YEAR 2026 8. Councilmember Reports 9.
