FEBRUARY 2026 AURORA CITY PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING AGENDA Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday February 3, 2026, the Aurora City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold their monthly meeting. The meeting will be held at 20 S. 120 E. in Aurora, Utah at 7:00 pm. The Planning Commission meeting as follows: 1- Expression of Choice: Clint Johnson 2- Pledge of Allegiance 3- Welcome- Roll Call and Statement of Notice Given- 4- Review and motion to approve - minutes of the December 2, 2025 meeting. 5- Review of any new building permits 6- Review items from City Council - Parker Vercimak 7- Review Plans from Denton Nielson 8- Review Plans from Brock Gibb 9- Review Plans from Tim Rasmussen 10- Other Plans Review 11- General Plan 12- Consider any other business from the general public. 13- Expression of Choice: Mark Lovell Dated this 27th day of January 2026 _____________ Clint Johnson, Recorder ** In compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Clint Johnson, City Recorder at 529-7643 at least two days prior to the meeting.
