NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Statements of Qualifications and Interest will be received electronically via Bonfire until 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, for the following project: GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS & ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, JOB NO. ONC26010.
Statements of Qualifications and Interest delivered to any other location will not be accepted. E-mails or downloads from shared sites shall not be considered. Late Statements of Qualifications and Interest including other required documents as outlined in section 1.8 of Document 00300 will not be accepted.
INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS:
The scope of work and submittal requirements will be available on February 6, 2026, at 5:00 pm. The documents can also be viewed and downloaded at the following websites: https://utah.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities
To ensure notification of addenda is received, BIDDERS please register with Utah Public Procurement Portal (U3P): https://purchasing.utah.gov/
The work will consist of providing the following services for various City projects: a) Subsurface investigation and b) Pavement design and designs for soil stabilization techniques and c) preparation of environmental documents for various City projects.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications and Interest or to waive any informality or technicality in any Statement of Qualifications and Interest if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
