- Notice of Cancellation of Public Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission has cancelled the regularly scheduled meeting at the date, time, and place listed below. The planning commissioners will be attending the annual Planning Commissioner Appreciation Dinner held by Payson City at Snapper Mexican Seafood located at 11 S.
