KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider: An application from Justin Metcalfe, who is requesting a zone change for a property located at 1 West 100 South (parcel #111080112) from PB Professional Business to CC Central Commercial. The rezone is requested to allow the property owner to install a freestanding on premise ground sign on the property. A freestanding on premise ground sign can be up to 30 feet in height. The subject parcel is 0.22 acres (9,583 ft²).
