Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. in the following order: 1. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Austin Beard for a Conditional Use Permit. This permit is a prerequisite for a Business License to operate 'T's Trees LLC,' a plant nursery specializing in the sale of trees and shrubs, located at 673 East Main Street (Parcel ID: 11-089-0009). 2. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Mark Thompson for a Conditional Use Permit. This permit is a prerequisite for a Business License to operate 'Pallets of Utah,' a pallet manufacturing and sales business, located at approximately 1150 East 640 North (Parcel ID: 11-141-0002). 3. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Mark Thompson for a Conditional Use Permit. This permit is a prerequisite for a Business License to operate 'Cast Horn Designs,' a light fixture manufacturing business, located at approximately 1150 East 640 North (Parcel ID: 11-141-0002). 4. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Mark Thompson for a Conditional Use Permit. This permit is a prerequisite for a Business License to operate 'Thompson Long Range,' a firearms and ammunition manufacturing business, located at approximately 1150 East 640 North (Parcel ID: 11-141-0002).
