Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Hearing Payson City Council Proposed Vacation of a Public Utility Easement Located on Parcel #40:736:0008 Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, to consider the vacation of a public utility easement on the following parcel. - Utah County Parcel #40:736:0008, also known as Lot 2 in Plat B of the Henline Subdivision. Located at approximately 1250 W. 800 S. in Payson Utah. (see map below). The public hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at Payson City Center, located at 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. All interested people are invited to attend and provide input prior to the City Council making a decision on this request.
