KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider: An application from Kaysville City Community Development, requesting a zone change for a property located at properties located at parcels #115920229, #115910150, #115930001, and #151680439 from R-1-LD Single Family Residential and R-A Residential Agricultural to PU Public Use. The subject property totals approximately 6.32 acres (275,299 ft²). The intent of this rezone is to assign the appropriate zoning designation to Trappers Field. The City does not intend to make any changes to the park facility. Comments on this application may be submitted by attending the public hearing in person or through submitting comments through an online form at: https://www.kaysvillecity.com/435/Planning-Commission (comment form is at the bottom of the webpage).
