Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.)

7. BUSINESS
a. Consider approving the funds to complete a project to install a back flow prevention valve, and upgrades to piping the Nielson Park to comply with State requirements and correct volume issues.
b. Bryan Hoffman to request the removal of a tree in front of the old Sportkeeper building on Main Street.
c. Consider adopting Resolution 2026-1 supporting the potential sale of UDOT property to Rocky Mountain Power, subject to further UDOT review and approval.
d. Consider approving a project to maintain the bike path from Main Street to 300 West an any possible grants that may be available as discussed by Carson DeMille.
e. Consider applying for a grant to create a parking area west of I-70, off 300 North, below the water tank, as discussed by Carson DeMille.
f. Consider readopting Ordinance 2025-7 annexing property for Larsens and Jepsons as required by the Lt. Governor's office to complete the filing of the annexation.
