- January 26, 2026 PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Sevier County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 11 at 6:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers of the Sevier County Administration Building, 250 North Main, Richfield, Utah to consider public comment on the: 1. Design and Construction Standards of the Sevier County General Plan. 2. Title 15: Land Usage, and Chapter 153: Subdivision of the Sevier County General Plan. 3. Title 15: Land Usage, and Chapter 152: Streets, Sidewalks and Public Places of the Sevier County General Plan. 4. Sevier County General Plan Update: Water Element and Conservation That process begins with the Sevier County Planning Commission reviewing draft language and making changes before presenting a recommendation to the County Commissioners. Public hearings will be conducted at both the planning commission and county commission levels.This information is available at the Sevier County Building and Zoning Department during normal office hours.
