- Public notice is hereby given that the Hyrum City Council conducts its regular meetings on the first and third Thursday of each month at the Hyrum City Council Chambers, 60 West Main, Hyrum, Utah. Council meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. If the meeting date falls on a legal holiday, the meeting may be cancelled or rescheduled and proper notice shall be given accordingly. - Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Council Member will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
