Description/Agenda: IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE A MASTER PLAN, IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS FOR PUBLIC SAFETY Pursuant to Utah Code Section 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, this Notice is hereby given that Ivins City intends to prepare in-house and/or contract to prepare Master Plan, Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis for Public Safety according to the requirements of the State of Utah.
