The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2026-02, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 2 'Administration and Personnel', Chapter 2.56 'Access to Public Records', Sections 2.56.030 'Request for Access', 2.56.040 'Appeals' and 2.56.060 'Forms'.
