- Liaison Report - Staff reports to the Planning Commission regarding land use related items in Midway and the surrounding area.

Regular Business
1. Review and possibly approve the Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of January 13, 2026.
2. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is applying for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for Michie Lane Stake Center at approximately 171 E. Michie Lane. This location is in the R-1-15 Zone, which requires a Conditional Use Permit.
a. Discussion of the Conditional Use Permit
b. Possible recommendation to the City Council
3. Review and provide a recommendation to City Council on proposed changes to Midway Municipal Code Section 16.12.020.G: RA-1-43 Residential Agricultural Zone. The proposed amendment would change churches from a permitted use to a conditional use.
