Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE HARRISVILLE CITY NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN In accordance with Utah Code 11-36a-501, Harrisville City, Utah, hereby gives written notice of its intent to prepare or amend an impact fee facilities plan. The area of the proposed impact fee facilities constitutes the municipal boundaries of Harrisville City, Utah. This notice shall be posted on the Utah Public Notice Website.
