- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold a Work Meeting on Monday, January 26, 2026. The meeting will begin at 6:30 pm. The meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. 1. ROLL CALL. 2. DISCUSSION ITEMS: A. Shay Morrison, Community Advisor. B. Rocky Mountain Power Street Light LED Program. C. Government Tire Program. D. Salary Increases for employee certifications. E. ATV Trail and Grant Discussion. F. 3-inch Cam Lock Hose for Fill Station & Cameras for top-filling Customers, and waiver. G. On-Call Stipends for Staff working weekends. H. Company phones for employees and Council Members I. Review of Consent Agenda Items: - Minutes from January 12, 2026, Council Meeting. 3. ADJOURNMENT.
