- PUBLIC HEARING The Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Richfield City Building 75 E. Center to receive comments on a proposed ordinance amending Sections 17.14.300 and 17.30.020 (Table 31-2) of the Richfield City Code to define where accessory storage (portable storage containers) are allowed within the City. The proposed ordinance would prohibit the use of portable storage containers for permanent storage on parcels with frontage along Main Street between 1000 North and 1000 South and update the Table of Uses for non-residential zoning districts.
