- PUBLIC HEARING The Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Richfield City Building 75 E. Center to receive comments on a proposed Development Agreement for Daniel Kennedy to build a campground. The proposed Development Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the temporary deferment of infrastructure improvements, and other development requirements. The Planning Commission seeks public input regarding the proposed agreement.
