Description/Agenda

The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct public hearings in the following order; a. The Commission shall receive public input and consider for approval a request from Mary Disotell for a Conditional Use Permit, a prerequisite for a Business License, to operate 'Adventure Strong Fitness' (a fitness and training studio) at 93 East Main (Tax ID #10-022-0004). b. The Commission shall receive public input and consider a request from Norm Leatham to amend the General Plan for the property at 26 South 300 East (Tax ID #10-014-0038), to change the designation from Residential Open Space 1 Acre (ROS-1) to Commercial General (CG). c. The Commission shall receive public input and consider a request from Jerald Leishman for a Conditional Use Permit, a prerequisite for a Business License, to operate 'Tom's Service' (a vehicle repair and service business) located at 26 South 300 East (Tax ID #10-014-0038). 7. Other zoning matters
