Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE / AMEND AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Section 11-36a, Washington City hereby gives notice of the intent to amend the Impact Fee Analysis/Facilities Plan for Washington City Parks and Recreation Department in accordance with the requirements of the State of Utah. The Impact Fee Service Area for this analysis includes the entire city limits.
