NOTICE OF ORDINANCES
Notice is hereby given that the Parowan City Council at its regular meeting of January 22, 2026, passed the following ordinances:
1. Ordinance No. 2026-02: An ordinance amending Parowan City Municipal Code 13.12.030 to allow the appointment of a Recreation Director, a Parks and Recreation Committee, or both, as determined by the City Council.
2. Ordinance No. 2026-03: An ordinance adopting regulations governing Shared Driveways and Private Lanes, to identify and clarify when multiple dwellings may share common access and to establish minimum standards to ensure safe and reliable access for residents, service providers, and emergency responders.
A copy of said ordinances are attached below and may also be viewed at the office of the Parowan City Recorder, 35 E 100 N, Parowan, Utah.
