Citizens' Compensation Advisory Committee (CCAC)
MEETING AGENDA
A meeting of the CCAC will be held on Monday, January 26, 2026
from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
This meeting will be hosted at the Committee's anchor location situated in the
SLC Human Resources Department - Main Office,
349 South 200 East - 5th Floor (Aspen Conference Room),
Salt Lake City, UT 84111
This meeting is live and open to the public. Committee members may, however,
participate electronically in accordance with state statute and city ordinance.
1. Meeting Open & Welcome, establish quorum - Claire Baldwin, Committee Chair
2. Review & adopt January 12, 2026 meeting minutes
3. Public comment: The chair of the committee invites interested individuals and group
representatives to speak during this section of the meeting. Remarks, comments or questions will be
limited to a maximum of three minutes. Submission of written comments for this part of the meeting is
acceptable.
4. Review results of 2025-26 local area benchmark market pay analysis - Michael
Jenson, Senior Compensation Analyst
5. Committee discussion of topics and/or recommendations to be included in the
Committee's 2026 annual report, including but not limited to:
a. Local area benchmark market data & analysis
b. 2025-26 salary budget forecast(s)
c. Significant economic, employment and/or labor statistical information
d. Any other data, report, or information deemed relevant by the Committee
6. Review initial draft of the Committee's 2026 Annual Report - Michael Jenson,
Senior Compensation Analyst
