- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Council will hold a public hearing to receive input on a General Plan Amendment Application to change the land use map designation on properties located south of SR-13 at approximately 900 West and 975 North, Brigham City, Utah, from Agricultural to Office/Light Industrial on approximately 15.1 acres. The public hearing will be held Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604. Business Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. APPLICATION # 25-105
