Public Notice
Cedar Mountain Service District is soliciting bids from contractors to
provide Dust Abatement Services for the 2026 season. The services
requested are to include dust abatement product, preparation and
application to only those areas included in the Cedar Mountain
Service District Dust Abatement Service which was established July
24, 2021. For questions please contact District Manager Kendalee
Cox at kendalee.cox@CedarMountainServiceDistrict.gov. Only
sealed bids will be accepted. Please mail bids to: Cedar Mountain
Service District, HC 82 Box 1084 Duck Creek Village, UT 84762 or
hand deliver to: 3620 N. Mammoth Creek Rd. Bids will be accepted
from January 26, 2026 to March 2, 2026. Bids will be opened at the
CMSD Monthly Board Meeting on March 4, 2026 at 6:00 pm.
