AGENDA Shayne Scott, County Manager Monday, February 2, 2026 NOTICE is hereby given that Shayne Scott, County Manager, will conduct a public hearing and take possible action on the proposed Final Subdivision Plat for the Promontory Hawks Pass Phase 2 Subdivision and review and possible approval of Architectural Design Standards required by Section 5.6 of the Administrative Development Agreement between Park City Junction LLC, and Summit County Monday, February 2, 2026, at 1:00 PM, at the anchor location of the Summit County Courthouse, Executive Conference Room, 60 N. Main Street, Coalville, UT 84017, and via Zoom To participate electronically via Zoom in the meeting: https://summitcountyut.zoom.us/j/9535992911 OR To listen by phone only: Dial 1-301-715-8592, Webinar ID: 953 599 2911 OR To submit written comment please email acaus@summitcountyutah.gov prior to the meeting 1:00 PM Public hearing and possible action regarding a Final Subdivision Plat for the Promontory Hawks Pass Phase 2 Subdivision (15 Lots with 1 Open Space Parcel), located off Double Deer Drive and Golf Club Link (South of the Nicklaus Clubhouse Complex), Parcel SS-52 (~20.5 acres used for the subdivision), Promontory, Summit County, UT; Applicant: Matthew Idema; Administrative Review; Project #25-061; Amir Caus, AICP, Senior Planner 1:10 PM County Manager review and possible approval of Architectural Design Standards required by Section 5.6 of the Administrative Development Agreement between Park City Junction LLC and Summit County; Steve Borup of DPRE for Park City Junction LLC, and Peter Barnes, Community Development Director Attendees may attend by electronic means, using Zoom (phone or video).
