- PAYSON CITY LEGAL NOTICE Summary of Ordinance(s) The Payson City Council passed the following ordinance(s) on January 21, 2026. A full and complete copy of the ordinance(s) are available at the office of the Payson City Recorder, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, during regular office hours, Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and at 801-465-5205. ORDINANCE NO. 01-21-2026-A: AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF 1750 WEST APPROACHING ARROWHEAD TRAIL IN PAYSON, UTAH. ORDINANCE NO. 01-21-2026-B: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING, REPEALING, AND ENACTING PORTIONS OF THE PAYSON CITY MUNICIPAL CODE, PAYSON CITY DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES. ORDINANCE NO. 01-21-2026-C: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PAYSON CITY ZONING MAP TO REZONE PROPERTY WITHIN PAYSON CITY INSIDE THE SOUTH MEADOWS AREA SPECIFIC PLAN BOUNDARIES TO THE RMF-10 (MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) ZONE.
