Notice of Intent to Create an Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) Related to Drinking Water, Pressurized Irrigation, Parks and Recreation, Power and Light, Public Safety, Storm Water, and Wastewater
Notice is hereby given that Spanish Fork City, a local municipality located in Utah County, Utah, intends to commence the preparation of an independent and comprehensive Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis for Drinking Water, Pressurized Irrigation, Parks and Recreation, Power and Light, Public Safety, Storm Water, and Wastewater. Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of 11-36a-501 and 503 of the Utah Code, notice is hereby provided of the intent of Spanish Fork City to create an Impact Fee Facilities Plan and an Impact Fee Analysis for the City. The geographic location where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located is the entire area within the Spanish Fork City municipal boundary.
The public is hereby invited to provide written comments or information to be considered in adopting the impact fee facilities plan or impact fee analysis. For information about the impact fee project or to submit your comments, please contact:
