Russell Platt, representing property owner David Troung, is requesting a variance from the provisions in Section 7-6-302 of the West Valley City Code. This section requires that any structure have a minimum setback of 10 feet adjacent to a Residential Zone, Agricultural Zone or Residential Use. The applicant is asking for a setback variance of 10 feet for a zero lot line.
