OAK CITY TOWN BOARD REGULAR MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Oak City Town Board will hold its regularly scheduled Town Board Meeting on Thursday, January 22, 2026, beginning at 7:45 p.m. in the Oak City Town Hall Conference Room. The following agenda items will be considered at the Regular Meeting: A. Adopt Agenda. B. Adopt Minutes of Town Board Regular Meeting held Thursday, December 18, 2025. C. Discuss and appoint the following town positions, vote and swear in Courtney Finlinson as Treasure, Alyssa Nielson as Recorder and Karen Lovell as Deputy Recorder. D. Discuss ERC and impact on city water connections and annexations. E. Discuss and Possibly Accept for Further Consideration the Annexation Petition Submitted by Dale Pratt. F. Public Comment. G. Monthly Financial Report. H. Departmental Reports. I. Miscellaneous. J.
