- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters: Minor Subdivision: Request by Syracuse Museum Foundation for a two-lot subdivision at approximately 1867 W 1700 W. The proposed site comprises approximately 0.459 acres in the GC zone. Subdivision Amendment: Request by Fred Panucci for an amendment to the Thurgood Circle subdivision located at approximately 1104 W 2175 S in the R-2 zone. Rezone: Request by Chris Lessig for a rezone of a property currently zoned R-1 located at 2600 West Quail Bluff Drive on approximately 2.205 acres. The proposed zoned designation is PO.
