On January 20, 2026, the Draper City Council Adopted Ordinance #1697 amending the Official Zoning Map of Draper City for Approximately 1.04 Acres of Property from RA1 (Residential Agricultural) To R3 (Single-Family Residential), located at Approximately 283 E. Tanager Ln. within Draper City, otherwise known as The Butler Zoning Map Amendment.
