The following ordinances were adopted and approved by the Logan Municipal Council, Logan, Utah on January 20, 2025
ORD. 26-01 -- REZONE - Annie & Greg Waddoups/Jeffrey L. Peterson Estate, authorized agent/owner, requested a zone change of a .52 acre property located at 404 Park Avenue from Traditional Neighborhood Residential (NR-6) to Neighborhood Center
(NC) in the Woodruff Neighborhood.
ORD. 26-02 - REZONE - Tony Johnson/Alliance Acquisition LLC, authorized agent/owner, requested a zone change of a .26 acre property located at 390 South 400 West from Mixed Residential Low (MR-12) to Neighborhood Center (NC) in the
Woodruff Neighborhood.
ORD. 26-03 - RIGHT OF WAY VACATION - Ordinance vacating certain Right of Way located at 900 North 1000 West.
ORD. 26-04 - ELECTRICAL EASEMENT VACATION - Ordinance vacating sections of Electrical Easement and Public Utility Easement at the Cache Valley Marketplace development.
These ordinances shall take effect immediately upon publication.
