Those present at the City Council meeting were Mayor Kim Soper, City Recorder Tyrissa Howell, City Attorney Barry Huntington, and Council Members Paul Dastrup, David Dodds, Tracy Wright, and Mike Sarles. Council Member Cindy Stewart and City Manager Mat Houston were absent.
Others present were James Kinsey.
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.
OPENING CEREMONY
City Attorney Barry Huntington conducted the opening ceremony.
ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA
Mike Sarles moved, seconded by Tracy Wright, to adopt the agenda. The motion passed with all in favor.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES
Paul Dastrup moved, seconded by Mike Sarles, to approve the minutes. The motion passed with all in favor.
RESOLUTION 2025-5 PRIVACY DATA
Tracy Wright moved, seconded by David Dodds, to approve resolution 2025-5-Privacy Data. The motion passed with all in favor.
DEPARTMENT REPORTS
Justice Court - City Attorney Barry Huntington stated that the court has been busy. There is one sex offender case that will most likely go federal.
Prevention Coalition - The Prevention Coalition Christmas family night was well attended, with 180 families picking up family kits.
Cameron Motel - Western Colorado University is planning to do a project with the Cameron Motel.
City Christmas Party - The city employee Christmas party will be on December 18th at The Cowboy's Smokehouse.
Council Member Paul Dastrup - Mayor Kim Soper thanked Councilman Paul Dastrup for his 8 years of service.

David Dodds moved to adjourn the meeting at 5:40 PM.
