Review and Discuss Possible Changes to Officers and Trustees Stipends and Compensation for Extra Meetings. 11. Discuss and Determine CWCD Plans for 2026 Water Share Leasing Plan, Price and Schedule. 12. Discuss and Possible Approval of Quote for Agreed Upon Procedures Process for 2025. 13. Review Required Training for Board Members. a. Open & Public Meeting Act Training. (Annual) b. Board Member Training. (New Board Members or Every 4 Years) c. GRAMA Training for Record Officer. (Annual). 14. Report on Ongoing Business Matters or any New Business. a. Report on Fencing Repairs at Spillway. b. Report on UCRC Utah Diversion Metering and Telemetry Program Application. c. Report on Status of Colorado River Authority of Utah - DMMP Field Fallowing and Reservoir Storage Forbearance Programs for 2025. d. Report on Results of TVA Regulating Gate Inspection and Related Information. e. Update on Possible Solutions for Repairs Needed on South Bank Slope Protection. f. Update on Piezometer Automation. g.
