NOTICE OF A REGULAR LIBRARY BOARD MEETING January 20, 2026, at 6:00 PM ________________ PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard Library Board will hold a regularly scheduled Library Board meeting on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 6:00 PM, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, UT. AGENDA Presiding: Chair Christine Jeffs 1. CALL TO ORDER/INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. CONSENT ITEMS 2.1. Approval of November Library Board Meeting Minutes 3. BUSINESS ITEMS 4. REVIEW OF UPCOMING EVENTS AND ASSIGNMENTS 4.1. Upcoming Events and Assignments 2026 Staff will provide an overview of upcoming library programs and events and discuss any anticipated assignments or support needs for the coming months. 5. STAFF AND COMMISSION REPORTS 6. WORK SESSION 6.1. Review of the Previous Year Board members will review the past year's library operations, programs, and challenges, including successes, areas for improvement, and lessons learned. 6.2. Budget and Strategic Planning Work Session The board will hold a discussion-based work session to review budget considerations and strategic priorities for the upcoming year, including coordination and planning perspectives. 7. ADJOURNMENT The next meeting is on March 17, 2026. This meeting may be held in a way that will allow a board member to participate electronically. The public is invited to participate in all public meetings.
