Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its scheduled meeting on Wednesday February 4, 2026 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said public hearings shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission consider a request from Norm Leatham to amend the General Plan for the property at 26 South 300 East (Tax ID #10-014-0038), to change the designation from Residential Open Space 1 Acre (ROS-1) to Commercial General (CG).
