- Notice is hereby given that the Springdale town council, in its regular meeting of January 14, 2026, passed the following ordinance: 1. ORDINANCE 2026-01: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6-2 OF THE TOWN CODE, ADDING A PROHIBITION ON PARKING FOR THE PURPOSES OF OVERNIGHT CAMPING. Said Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting on the State of Utah Public Notice website. A copy of the Ordinance is attached and may also be seen at the office of the Town Clerk, 118 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, Utah.
