Highland City 5400 West Civic Center Drive ~ Suite 1 Highland, UT 84003 Phone 756-5751 | Fax 756-6903 NOTICE OF HIGHLAND PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING The Highland Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 27, 2026, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr., Highland, UT, to consider and receive comments regarding the following: - Highland City is considering amending Chapter 2, Article 7 of the Development Code to clarify procedures related to the required preconstruction meetings before development activity on site plans and subdivisions. - Highland City is considering amending Chapter 6 of the Development Code related to performance and warranty assurances to specify that the estimate or bid used to calculate the assurance must be updated to reflect completed improvements, where applicable, and to clarify procedures for submitting assurances to the City.
