Description/Agenda: Public Notice The Oakley City Council will hold a public hearing and take possible action: Wednesday, January 28, at 7:00 p.m. Anchor location at: 960 W. Center Street Also available at: ZOOM Meeting I.D. 820 258 4629 The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment and take possible action regarding: Utah Wildland-Urban Interface ordinance. Proposed ordinance is in compliance with Utah House Bill 48 that requires municipalities to adopt 2006 Utah Wildland-Urban Interface code and determine areas that interface with wildland and designate areas that are high risk for wildland fire. Proposed ordinance does not include an official map. Map will be forthcoming and require public hearings.
