Please note that a maximum of 5 residents can sign up to participate in the public forum. State Law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. Public Hearing The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on Business 7. Discussion with Sterling Brown the General Manager of Strawberry Water Users Association. 8. Discussion and possible action with Dave Edwards on the new public works building and the possibility of sending it out for bid. Discussion and possible action on approving Ordinance 2026-01 an amendment to the flood plain ordinance, which helps determine the flood hazards in our community. The Town Council may exercise its right under Utah Code Annotated, 52-4-207, to convene and conduct an electronic meeting. Closed Session: Utah Code Annotated, 52-4-205: (May be called to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. To discuss the pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and/or purchase, exchange, or lease of real property) The Town will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
