The Council will allow you to finish speaking before providing any response, ensuring that your time is respected. Please note that a maximum of 5 residents can sign up to participate in the public forum. State Law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda.

9. Motion to open the public hearing on Ordinance 2026-01an amendment to the flood plain ordinance.

11. Discussion and possible action on approving Ordinance 2026-01 an amendment to the flood plain ordinance, which helps determine the flood hazards in our community.
The Town Council may exercise its right under Utah Code Annotated, 52-4-207, to convene and
conduct an electronic meeting.
