NOTICE INVITING BIDS PROVO CITY CORPORATION will receive sealed bids for Construction of the 2026 Provo City Signal #14373 Reconstruct Project, Bid No. PR2026001006. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. February 19, 2026, through online means of U3P (Bonfire/Euna). WORK PRIMARILY CONSISTS OF: Reconstruction of a traffic signal at 500 N 200 W (Freedom Blvd). COMPLETION OF WORK: The WORK must be completed by October 15, 2026. OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Request for Qualifications, and Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, may be obtained online at Bonfire (www.purchasing.utah.gov) beginning January 30, 2026. NOTICE OF PUBLICATION: Published in the Daily Herald January 23, 31, and February 2, 2026; posted on Bonfire beginning January 30, 2026, through February 19, 2026. PROJECT INFORMATION: Information on the 2026 Provo City Signal #14373 Reconstruct Project, Bid No. PR2026001006 may be requested from Kaehan Shour, Project Engineer, (801) 852-6747.
