1. Partial Vacation of a Public Street - 1720 East 4900 S (R-1-10 zone)
Review and recommendation to city council of a request by Applicant Todd and Marylynn Porter as abutting Owner, to vacate a portion of unused public street located at approximately 1720 E and 4900 South. The area under consideration is proposed to be deeded to abutting property owners. This item reviewed as a legislative application as per provisions stated in Holladay Ordinance §13.10A.150B and in compliance with Utah Code Annotated §10.9a.906.5 File #26-1-01
