- PARAGONAH TOWN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Paragonah Planning Commission will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Paragonah Town Hall, 44 North 100 West, Paragonah, UT. This is the only time that the public will have the opportunity to comment on the SHORT-TERM RENTALS ORDINANCE for Paragonah Town. A copy of the SHORT-TERM RENTALS ORDINANCE will be available for inspection by the public at the Paragonah Town Hall, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The public is invited and encouraged to participate. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this hearing should contact Paragonah Town at (435) 477-8979, no later than 48 hours prior to the hearing.
