- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLANS AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSES IN THE CITY OF SARATOGA SPRINGS, UTAH The City of Saratoga Springs ('Saratoga Springs'), a municipal corporation of the State of Utah, located in Utah County, intends to amend the impact fee facilities plans and impact fee analyses for Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails; Public Safety; Drinking Water; & Secondary Water. Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Sections 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given that Saratoga Springs will begin and prepare an amendment to such plans and analyses. The geographical area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located is the entire incorporated limits of Saratoga Springs.
